Working Out

Or maybe I should say the pain that is 30 minutes a day. Wow, just started working out again, it really hit home that I needed to go back to the gym when after playing with chainsaws for awhile the other day at work, I could barely lift my arm the next day! It was pretty eye opening. So, yesterday, I did Jillian Michaels Shred-It with Kettlebells and today was her Yoga Meltdown... I am so sore. The yoga one particularily kicked my butt. But tomorrow it will be the kettlebells again!

  1. I am a finding the same issue.......I have been doing weight watchers and running/walking and lost about 5 pounds....now the scale is holding steady at 144.....can't get it to budge!!!!! 10 more pounds is all I need to go...by March!

  2. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!! At least you can blame baby weight..... I'm not sure what my excuse is! :o)
