One of those days....

So, for some reason, I just can not get my stuff together these past couple of weeks. I have been seriously slacking on the cooking and the blogging, sometimes I have cooked, but not blogged (like Peach Melba)! Well, today I was all set to blog, I made the yummy Spiced Poached Pears for FFwD and was going to add in the Peach Melba pics and my computer is not reading my phone so I can't upload any pictures. Apparently, it is not going to happen this afternoon, I will try again later.

But, I will say, both the Spiced Poached Pears and the Peach Melba are delicious! They turned out very good! Can't wait to see how everyones turned out!
