FFwD: Hummus

This recipe came at the perfect time! We had a BBQ on Saturday and I was looking for appetizers. It was a super easy recipe, the only thing I changed was I added extra-virgin olive oil to thin it out and also drizzled on top.

I can't wait to make it again, maybe with roasted garlic or kalmata olives, or a combination of both! I have leftover tahini (the only tahini was in a pretty good sized can) and a very versatile recipe.

Everyone enjoyed the hummus, it was especially good with pita chips and carrots!

    I love the idea of throwing in some olives or capers - it kicks it up a notch.
