WW-Chinese Trinidadian Stir-fried Shrimp with Rum

Couple days late again, I am pretty sure that will be common this month, we are in the process of moving so my schedules are all crazy!

Anyway, this was a really yummy dish! I think I put too much shrimp in at once, because my wok got a little cool and the veggies didn't cook very fast. Oh, well, I knew better than to overload the wok. The dish turned out really good anyway!
